    "Selling Builders Successfully" Home builders are the most important customer for many NJBA Associate Members. In today's information-rich marketplace you need more than a pretty brochure to pique your customers interest. You need a rich knowledge of, and a commitment to, the industry and more importantly, to the builder. This must attend seminar will provide information and techniques on how to sell to builders, right from the builders themselves. Our diversified panel will help you understand what motivates each type of home builder, single family tract, single family custom, multifamily condo, multi-family rental and how to maintain that relationship once it's established. Open to NJBA/NAHB members only. All attendees must also be registered for ABC with a one-day or full registration.
