A Message Regarding BLSJ and COVID-19
In light of the state and national emergency in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Builders League has postponed its events for March and April. We have also canceled the Certified Aging in Place Courses that was to be held the last week of March and the seminar/networking event at Dooney's Pub Voorhees on May 7.
The Meet the Builders & Remodeler Speed Networking Event scheduled for Wednesday, March 18 has been postponed until June 10, 2020.
The BLSJ Charitable Foundation has postponed the Axe'n for a Cause fundraiser scheduled for Wednesday, April 22 at Choppers Hatchet House until September 16, 2020.
We are monitoring the situation to make decisions on the status of other events scheduled for May.
Our online events calendar is the easiest way to check if an event is scheduled or postponed.
Please note that the Builders League remains open for business.
Our social media accounts Twitter and Facebook have current information on what is happening with BLSJ and the new home and remodeling industry.
To help you deal with this unprecedented situation, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has shared resources and guidelines regarding preparation for COVID-19 in the workplace.
In addition, the State of New Jersey has established a special website devoted to business concerns, which will be updated as new information becomes available and the NJ Business Action Center’s Helpline (1-800-JERSEY-7) is also available from 8:00 am – 9:00 pm, seven days a week to address any concerns you or your employees have.
