Presentation: Strategies to Reduce Construction Cycle Times
(Spoiler Alert - Yeti 30 oz Tumbler is one of the prizes)
What It's About:
Examine the root causes of schedule creep, and learn strategies for improving trade partner performance and reducing cycle times by eliminating the "empty house days" that are making construction schedules unreliable and unrealistic.
What You'll Learn:
- Discover the key factors that contribute to longer construction cycle times, and gain a better understanding of the true costs to your company and your profits.
- Identify the root causes of construction delays, from scheduling deficiencies and subcontractor conduct to the impact of policies and customer behaviors.
- Gain an understanding of what drives trade partner performance and how you can get their best crews first.
- Obtain strategies to even out the flow of production, improve schedule reliability, reduce cycle times and enhance customer satisfaction.
Afterwards, hang around at Ramblewood's award-winning Seven Tap-Tavern
