Instructions for participation:

If you already have RingCentral on your computer this will take you right into the meeting, if not this will launch the installer then take you into the meeting.  Please note: when you enter the meeting your mic will be muted, please keep your mic muted unless you are speaking in participation of the meeting.
 
You also have the option to join by phone ONLY with no video participation using:

This option is by phone only, you will not be able to see the other participants. Please note: when you enter the meeting your phone will be muted, to unmute press *6, you may then use the mute function on your phone to turn mute on and off.
